About Jessica Mantoufeh

As Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor, and a qualified Early Childhood Teacher at Bright Achievers Childcare and Early Learning Centre, I am committed to leading a service that prioritises excellence, inclusion, and joy in early learning. I believe that the early years lay the foundation for a child’s future, and it is our responsibility as educators to nurture each child’s unique abilities, interests, and potential.

Every child has the capacity to learn, grow, and succeed when they are given opportunities to explore the world around them. Meaningful learning unfolds through play, exploration, curiosity, and hands-on experiences that ignite imagination and build essential life skills. By fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, we are able to enrich each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in purposeful and developmentally appropriate ways.

With high expectations and a strengths-based approach, we encourage children to take risks, solve problems, and develop the confidence to become independent thinkers and learners. I value and celebrate diversity, ensuring every child and family feels respected, included, and connected to our community.

My vision is to create a service where children feel inspired, families feel welcomed and supported, and educators feel empowered, recognised, and motivated to grow professionally. Together, we will continue to build a learning environment grounded in kindness, collaboration, and a shared commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life.

I encourage children to follow their interests, make choices, and explore new ideas while developing essential life skills.
